One year after the first public appearance of Clio Rally5, Clio Rally4 joins the Monte-Carlo Rally safety crew with Florian Bernardi, runner-up in the 2020 French two-wheel-drive Gravel Rally Championship with Clio Rally5.

Clio Rally4 makes its racing debut on the Targa Florio - Rally Internazionale di Sicilia with Paolo Andreucci driving a car entered by HK Racing.

Anthony Fotia becomes the first driver to win a Clio Trophy France title with Clio Rally5 on the Rallye Le Touquet Pas-de-Calais. The driver from Nice received an official programme with Clio Rally4, which scored its maiden podium with Jean-Sébastien Vigion on the same rally.

After the cancellation of the 2020 season, the French Junior FFSA Rallycross Championship returns with a new single-spec formula built around Clio RX. David Bouet won this first-ever round at Châteauroux.

12 June 2021
Clio Rally4 scores its maiden win on the Rallye Vosges Grand Est in its first rally driven by Anthony Fotia. The model also won in the two-wheel-drive category and was in the fight for the overall top ten.

4 July 2021
Clio Rally4 continues its ascent with its first victory on the international stage with Jean-Baptiste Franceschi and Toksport WRT. The Frenchman wins the FIA ERC3, FIA ERC3 Junior as well as the two-wheel-drive category on the gravel roads of Rally Liepaja.

The 300th fifth-generation Clio rolls off the Dieppe Alpine factory assembly line. Already delivered to three continents around the world, Clio RSR is making a name for itself wherever it goes: Belgium, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay!

Less than a month after Clio Rally4 and Clio Rally5 double win at the French Rally Cup final in Châteauroux, Quentin Ribaud and Clio Rally5 become the French two-wheel-drive Gravel Rally Champions. Winner of the Clio Trophy France Terre, the French native scores Renault’s first rally crown in France since Simon Jean-Joseph in the 2003 French S1600 Championship. At the same time, Nicolas Milan wins the Clio Cup Europe at the end of a season that saw 110 competitors compete on the continent’s most prestigious circuits.

In the upcoming days, Romain Di-Fante will have the opportunity to emulate Quentin Ribaud on tarmac while Jean-Baptiste Franceschi is starting the last round of the FIA European Rally Championship this week with two continental titles in his sights.
